John J. Nucero hired as Chief Financial Officer

Conshohocken, PA (1/15/2021) Van Horn, Metz & Co., Inc. recently hired Mr. John J. Nucero as its Chief Financial Officer. John has extensive experience in similar roles, most recently with Fiber-Line, LLC, a market leader in value-added components used in the fiber optic cable industry. In this position, he was responsible for all financial reporting, banking relationships, budgeting, forecasting and a key member of the senior leadership team. He also spent three years as CFO for Sure Fit, an importer and distributor of slipcovers and other home decorating accessories. Prior to these two roles, he spent 15 years in various financial executive roles with CSS Industries, a global marketer and producer of seasonal expression consumer products.

John is excited to join the Van Horn Metz team and is looking forward to using his experience to assist the company in maintaining its exceptional reputation for providing high-value products and service to its customers.

John received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University. On a personal note, John is married with four children and two grandchildren. He is also a Permanent Deacon in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
