- Wincure 9210
It has a 1,6 Hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA), excellent diluent, adds flexibility yet fast cure, good weatherability, improved adhesion. Application: coatings which require good weatherability, coatings/inks on non porous substrates such as plastics, metals, glass where improved adhesion is required, low viscosity inks such as flexo/gravure, overprint varnishes and wood coatings
- Wincure 9220
It has a Dipropylene Glycol Diacrylate (DPGDA), Low viscosity difunctional monomer, low volatility, fast cure, good water resistance. Application: DPGDA is a very good reactive diluent for use in a wide range of UV/EB applications which require good flexibility and adhesion, overprint varnishes and inks, wood coatings, adhesives, coatings on plastics
- Wincure 9230
It has a Tripropylene Glycol Diacrylate (TPGDA), Good diluent, less brittle than other crosslinkers, imparts flexibility, water resistance. Application: overprint varnishes requiring low viscosity, flexibility and good water resistance, lithographic inks, wood coatings
- Wincure 9310
It has a Trimethylolpropane Triacrylate (TMPTA), Widely used monomer, very fast cure, high crosslink density resulting in hardness and high gloss. Application: Coatings which require hardness, high gloss and abrasion resistance, inks, metal coatings, filler for particle board
- Wincure 9311
It has a Ethoxylated Trimethylolpropane Triacrylate (TMP3EOTA), fast cure, more flexible than TMPTA with fast cure, high gloss and improved abrasion resistance. Application: Coatings which require hardness, high gloss and abrasion resistance, overprint varnishes, inks and wood coatings, electronics
- Wincure 9320
It has a Pentaerythritol triacrylate (PET3A), Multifunctional acrylate monomer designed for free radical curable (UV/EB) systems, low volatility and its high acrylate functionality provides rapid cure response, provides high crosslink density and hardness, PET3A contains a pendant OH group. Application: Scratch and abrasion resistant coatings for plastics, wood coatings with improved abrasion resistance, overprint varnishes and inks
