Titanium Dioxide

Ti-Pure™ TS-6700 is part of the Ti-Pure™ Sustainability (TS) product series. Ti-Pure™ TS-6700 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. This grade is designed to deliver excellent opacity, high gloss, and outstanding durability while meeting the emerging sustainability requirements facing coating producers. Ti-Pure™ TS-6700 is TMP- and TME-free and is made with 100% renewable electricity. Ti-Pure™ TS-6700 has the following general properties.

Excellent general-purpose grade rutile titanium dioxide pigment for all resin systems. Manufactured by the chloride process, it is specially formulated to reduce discoloration of resin compounds and finished products during exposure to ultraviolet light by a unique alumina surface treatment, provide high opacity and very blue undertone tint produce clean, bright whites at low loadings in clear resins and those having natural color.

It is a general-purpose rutile titanium dioxide pigment designed primarily for plastics applications. Manufactured by the chloride process and supplied as a fine, dry white powder.

It has maximum-durability grade of titanium dioxide recommended for all applications that require extended outdoor service life.

Pigment designed for plastic applications. Manufactured by the chloride process and supplied as a fine, dry white powder, it is specifically formulated to provide: brighter, cleaner whites, unmatched high temperature performance (including lacing resistance), excellent throughput rates, superior dispersion, superb yellowing resistance, enhanced durability.

A rutile titanium dioxide pigment, manufactured by the chloride process and is delivered as a fine, dry powder. Ti-Pure™ R-706 delivers flexibility and reliability in interior and exterior coatings applications requiring excellent tinting strength and durability, high gloss, and where appearance is critical.

Ti-Pure™ R-706 is designed with both alumina and silica surface treatments to enhance dispersibility and durability. Careful control of the TiO2 particle size during manufacturing results in higher tint strength, more consistent performance in applications, and less oversized particles that detract from gloss.

It is a general-purpose pigment used in alkyd and latex paints for interior gloss and semi-gloss applications. This pigment disperses easily, develops high gloss, and provides maximum hiding power in a wide range of gloss grade applications.

A multi-purpose grade pigment recommended for use when a single pigment is required to perform well in interior and exterior gloss and semi-gloss systems. Though less resistant to weathering than other grades, R-902+ provides an excellent balance of performance properties.

The most durable Ti-Pure™ pigment available and is recommended for use in applications requiring exceptional exterior durability. A rutile titanium dioxide pigment, R-960 is manufactured by the chloride process and is supplied as a fine, dry powder. It is specifically formulated to provide: outstanding chalk resistance and weatherability, excellent resistance to overbake yellowing during cure, high gloss and tint retention, very good dispersion, excellent hiding power and color acceptance.

Ti-Pure™ TS-6300 is part of the Ti-Pure™ Sustainability product series. It is a specialty TiO2 designed to advance sustainability and resource efficiency in mid- to high-quality flat (matte) architectural coatings. It provides improved dry hiding power and quality consistency in a wide range of flat architectural coatings while maintaining film integrity translating to significant reduction in material usage and waste. TS-6300 is a highly surface treated rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process, delivering exceptional brightness and maximum hiding power.

Ti-Pure™ TS-6200 is part of the Ti-Pure™ Sustainability product series. This is a super durable grade specifically designed to advance sustainability, minimize climate impact, and maximize resource efficiency through improved dispersion and reduced energy, extended product life, and avoided waste. Ti-Pure™ TS-6200 offers excellent gloss retention coupled with unique dispersing capabilities, making it an ideal solution for the most demanding durable applications.
