- Royale Black-PF 402
PF402 is developed for polyester fiber spinner and masterbatch producers. Its ultra-physical cleanliness increases melt fiber life by reducing plugging resulting in low production cost. Morphological properties of PF402 are balanced in such a way that It provides a good combination of dispersibility and color strength with extremely low filterability. With PF402, high spin pack life can be achieved by polyester fiber producers. It provides very low consistent fine screen Delta P in PET, PBT & PA base polymers.
- Royale Black-PC 501
PC501 is a cost-effective black for semi-con application. It is an easy processing, ultra clean conductive black designed for use in semi conductive compound for medium voltage power transmission cable application. PC501 contains very low sulfur and low ash content which improves cable life. It provides good surface smoothness strip ability in the semi-conductive compound. Very low sieve residue and ash content of PC501 prevent washout of any ionizable material which results in initiation of electrical degradation site. PC501 has very low Sulphur content so that it does not react with polymers in the presence of electrical stresses, thereby increasing cable life.
- Royale Black-PC 502
PC502 has been developed for fully bonded and strippable shield compound for power cable applications. It is an easy processing, ultra clean conductive black, designed for use in semi-conductive compound for medium voltage power transmission cable application. PC502 contains very low Sulphur and low ash content so that it does not react with polymers in the presence of electrical stresses, which improves cable's life. It provides good surface smoothness and dispersibility in the semi-conductive compound. - Royale Black-PC503
PC503 exhibits good UV protection in various plastics application such as cable jacketing, telecom jacketing and mulch film. PC503 contains very low Sulphur and low ash content which improves cable life. It provides good surface smoothness of jacketing compound. Very low sieve residue and ash content of PC503 prevent washout of any ionizable material which results initiation of electrical degradation site. PC503 is available in beaded form. PC503 has very low Sulphur content so that it doesn't not react with polymers in the presence of electrical stresses, thereby increasing cable life.
- Royale Black-PP 801
PP 801 is a “P” type black primarily meant for pressure pipe application. Since this grade is used in pipes meant for conveying potable water & gas, it has good organoleptic properties and meets industry standard for “P” type blacks such as low sieve residue, low ash & low sulfur.
This grade also meets Commission Directive 2007/19/EC which deals with plastic materials & articles intended to come in contact with foodstuffs. - Royale Black-PP 802
PP 802 is a “P” type black primarily meant for pressure pipe application having extremely low Filter pressure value and good dispersion. PP 803 is a cost effective “P” type black primarily meant for pressure pipe application having extremely low Filter pressure value and good dispersion. This is a cost effective black having good UV protection and can be used in advanced plastics application. PP 803 is suitable for mulch film and coarse staple fiber application.

PI101 is a very low structure specialty black designed to exhibit high gloss and moderate jetness for high quality offset inks. It is available in soft bead form. PI101 is a blue tone carbon black with very low vehicle demand. Because of its low vehicle demand it is suitable for applications where highly loaded base is required. It is relatively easy to disperse than other ink blacks. This black imparts fast wetting, blue undertone and good dispersion stability of the ink. It has good medium optical density and is suitable for water based systems with acrylic and maleic resins. It helps to maintain abrasion resistance of the finished print which is a pre-requisite for packaging ink. It can also be used in liquid powder coating applications.
- Royale Black-PI 102
PI102 is also a very low structure specialty black designed to exhibit high gloss, higher jetness with good flow for high quality offset inks. It is available in soft bead form. PI102 is a blue tone carbon black with very low vehicle demand. This black imparts fast wetting, blue undertone and good dispersion stability of the ink. - Royale Black-PI137
PI102 is also a very low structure specialty black designed to exhibit high gloss and higher jetness in printing inks. PI137 is suitable for both aqueous and non-aqueous liquid inks requiring low viscosity, high gloss and high jetness. It helps the liquid to maintain fluid viscosity required for printing processes. This black imparts fast wetting, blue undertone and good dispersion stability of the ink. Its low vehicle demand contributes to the gloss which is essential in this application. It helps with abrasion resistance of the finished print which is a prerequisite for packaging ink. It can also be used in liquid and powder coating applications. PI137 is also suitable for engineering plastics application.
- Royale Black-PE 201
PE201 exhibits good UV protection, high jetness and gloss engineering plastics application such as automotive and home appliances. PE201 has small particle size and very high surface area which improves UV stability of compound. It can also be used in paints, coatings, liquid dispersion and water blocking tapes applications.

P1202 is commonly used for the application where good jetness and gloss is required.
