SC-6016

StanChem SC 6016 is self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion that requires heat for proper cure (typically a minimum of 200°F, depending on heat and dwell time). SC 6016 can be used as the sole binder in many textile or non-woven applications, but crosslink density can be significantly increased when used alongside amino resins. Acid catalyst will also increase the rate of cure.
